J. Jonathan Hlavinka

Mr. Hlavinka was born in Texarkana, Arkansas on August 24, 1963. After graduation from Texas High School in Texarkana, Texas, Jon matriculated at the University of Texas at Austin (where he received a degree in Plan II in 1985), the University of Chicago Graduate School of Economics, and the University of Texas School of Law (from which he received his J.D. in 1989).
Jon has nineteen years' experience in trial and appellate work, most of which has been in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, products liability and commercial litigation.
His litigation and appellate experience has included matters small and large, including multi-million dollar matters related to insurance coverage, contractual and industrial disputes, deceptive trade practices, personal injury, and FSLIC and FDIC issues.
When not at the office, Mr. Hlavinka can generally be found on Cub Scout camp outs with his three sons or attending Little League baseball games.
